The Alabama Leadership Project offers a multi-faceted approach to leadership education by leveraging the current senior executive talent in Alabama as well as nationally recognized thought leaders, experts and senior executive role models.
Our overall goal is to help groom talent for senior leadership positions by providing substantive leadership education through executive workshops, lecture series and special events.
The Project serves mid-career executives who halve already demonstrated business and civic leadership—men and women who have potential and aspire to move into senior level positions in their company or in the greater community.
This program is a public event—the second event as part of the Executive Leadership Speaker Series. Our first event was very well received and attracted over 130 people.
